OKINAWA, JAPAN--As part of the Kadena Air Base Family Readiness Services Professional Development Series, Brent Duncan conducted a workshop on leading successful transformation in turbulent environments for community leaders on March 31, 2012. The first of a two-part series, the workshop focused on understanding the fundamentals of organizational behavior, considering the influence culture has on human and organizational effectiveness, and comparing  episodic and continuous strategies for driving change in human systems. Brent previewed the second workshop, during which he will present research supporting the dynamic interactive adaptability model for tapping stress as a functional force for enhancing resilience, adaptability, performance, creativity, and wellness in humans and human systems.
